Access Problems?
If you are having trouble with access, first check these points;
You can request a new PASSWORD for the website by clicking on the Lost Password link under the log in box. If it seems you haven't received a new password please check your spam/junk box as occasionally the email will end up there.

You can change your profile and password by going to Membership Details on the Home page once you have logged in.

Also, try pressing F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page, that can be the answer.

Cancelling?
We'll be sorry to see you go, but if you would like to cancel your subscription, simply cancel the subscripton via your Paypal account.

Your subscription will cancel immediately and no more funds will be taken from your account under our membership agreement. Once your current term of membership has come to an end, you will no longer have access to the private member pages.

Please note we can't answer support questions about your Paypal account, PayPal have a dedicated helpdesk.
